British diving Olympian Tom Daley has won a gold medal at the Diving World Series in London.

Daley, who is out and in a relationship with producer Dustin Lance Black, won gold for the 10m platform.

He picked up the highest score in the final with 102.60, ahead of winning gold ahead of Chinese diving duo Jian Yang and Bo Qiu.

Speaking to the BBC he said: “It’s always so much fun competing in front of a home crowd. I always try and think that you do what you do in training, but when you get to competition you have this atmosphere.”

He went on to say he was pleased to have “finally” beat the Chinese.

Daley was recently praised for posting a photo of himself in front of the Kremlin in Moscow alongside fellow divers Chris Mears and Jack Laugher.
