The Ugandan Minister of Ethics and Integrity has claimed that Prime Minister David Cameron doesn’t love his children, because he allows homosexuality in the UK.

Minister Simon Lokodo, who supported the country’s Anti-Homosexuality Act, launched an attack on Cameron and US President Barack Obama in an interview with GQ.

He said: “I am very sympathetic with Cameron and Obama. They are obviously not responsible. They are both heterosexuals and have children.

“The must not love their children, otherwise why would they let their children grow up in such a society?

“They are not responsible parents. They can not love their children enough.”

He added: “Homosexuality is not African. There was never any word for homosexuality here in this country before now. This is foreign behaviour.”

Mr Cameron recently agreed that it was “sweet” to see gay couples kissing in public, telling Evan Davis: “If I can kiss my wife in public, I don’t see why you can’t kiss your husband in public.

“I believe in traditional and modern values, I believe in the family, I believe in marriage. I think it’s such a great institution, I think men should be able to marry each other and women should be able to marry each other.”

Former US President Bill Clinton recently said of Uganda: “I love Uganda, I’ve done a lot of work there. I did when I was President, and I have since.

“It just breaks my heart that they put all that at risk to pursue what is essentially a political agenda, to isolate and demonise gay people for short-term political gain.

“In an unsettled time, identity politics of any kind are powerful and can prey on the self-confidence and the raw nerves of people who are uncertain about the unknown.

“The biggest threat to the future of our children and grandchildren is the poison of identity politics that preaches that our differences are far more important than our common humanity.”
