In Queensland, Australia a man had his penis almost bitten off when he attempted to force another man to perform oral sex on him after meeting in a local nightclub on Saturday night.

Neither of the men’s names have been released to the public, but formal charges have been pressed by the alleged victim of the rape with the alleged perpetrator in custody on two counts of rape in Queensland.

The two men left the Queensland nightclub, and returned to the victim’s Chermside apartment.

The alleged perpetrator began to force oral sex, which the alleged victim claims to have said no to. After being ignored the alleged victim bit down on the alleged perpetrator’s penis.

A request by prosecutor Sergeant Scott Pearson filed with the court for an “intimate examination” of the alleged perpetrator’s genitals. The prosecution is calling for said examination ASAP, as they are concerned the penile injuries could have time to heal before they may be examined.

The alleged perpetrator’s lawyers are claiming a full examination will not be possible for at least seven days.

Pearson said: “he has had a whole day already for the alleged aforementioned injury to heal. Seven further days? There would certainly be showers conducted and a lot of further healing … The examination needs to be done as soon as possible!”

After the motion was presented to the court it was ruled that the perpetrator was entitled to the seven-day waiting period for the examination.

Bail has been posted, and the case will continue next Tuesday following the examination.
