Actor and Broadway star Neil Patrick Harris recently talked to Glamour about his sexual exploits with women before coming out as gay.

In the interview, Harris revealed he had sex with women in his high school days partly due to peer pressure.

Harris told the magazine: “In high school all my friends were sleeping with girls, and it just seemed like that’s what one did.

“So therefore that’s what I did, but it left me feeling unsettled, as if I had somehow done it wrong.

“That’s not a good feeling. But now I think it’s easier to avoid that fate.

“Today, it’s cool to see a happy lesbian couple who are high school juniors.”

The actor also talked honestly with the magazine about the constant work that goes into keeping love alive in his relationship with David Burtka.

Earlier this year, Harris said he “loves” the fact that, despite him being gay, women still want to tie the knot with him.

Harris has recently been on Broadway playing Hedwig, a trans rock singer, in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch.”
