Matthew Mitcham wins silver medal at Commonwealth Games

Out Australian diving Matthew Mitcham has won a second silver medal at the Commonwealth Games.

The diving star picked up a medal in the three-metre Synchronised springboard event today, alongside diving partner Grant Nel.

The pair finished with 403.14 points, but were outstripped by English divers Jack Laugher and Chris Mears, who accumulated 431.94 points.

Mitcham picked up his first silver medal in the one-metre springboard earlier this week, where he picked up 404.85 points, behind England’s Jack Laugher, on 449.90.
