‘Burn all the gays’ rapper axed from UK venues over homophobia

  • GothBoyUK

How did he even get a work visa? I thought the Home Office & Borders Agency dealt with such people.

    • GulliverUK

      In this case I got this reply when I tweeted that the Home Office should have banned him;
      @WMPLGBTNetwork
His visa application to enter the UK was refused, so the home office effectively did ban him. Great news.

      • Dolly Digest

That is indeed excellent news! Maybe the Home Office should ensure that all Visa applications to the UK include a section on the UK’s laws regarding discrimination and prejudice with particular reference to LGBT and informing them that where there is evidence that their views are not inline with the UK’s anti-discrimination laws their visa will be declined. The UK should not be an open house for those with racist and/or homophobic agendas to visit. This should include everyone even and especially religious leaders and missionaries.

        • Paul

That actually is the best suggestion I have seen on forums like these. I also think this should be implimented.

  • Sebastian Lockwood

Serves you right u bigoted ignorant idot!

  • Truth

“He claims that 99% of Africans are against homosexuality, based on “culture, religion and constitution.”
I think you’ll find a large proportion of Americans used to be in favour of slavery. Doesn’t mean it was acceptable. You would think that someone whose ancestry was subjected to oppression and victimisation simply for being who they were would have more empathy for his fellow gay brothers and sisters. Why is it so often the case that the once-oppressed become the oppressors? Sad that some people have such short and selective memories.

    • http://www.urban-society.de hassia

Just look at Israel and Gaza.

      • Mark Y

It’s illegal to be gay in Gaza.

        • http://www.bloketoys.co.uk/ BlokeToys.co.uk

With all due respect, the kids in Gaza have no choice in that law. Whether LGBT people have the right to have a relationship there is not even on the radar when kids are being murdered in their beds and their parents are vowing revenge on Israel.

          • Mark Y

Yeah, you’re right, fck gay equality in Gaza. They should have been able to oppress their gay citizens for the last 100 years.

          • kane

never mind gay equality, israel denies basic human rights to palestinians

          • http://www.bloketoys.co.uk/ BlokeToys.co.uk

When your arm has been cut off and you’re bleeding to death you don’t stop to worry about the ache in your big toe.

            Get a grip.

        • Alexander Kelso Shiels

Have’tn the time to worry about this when you are getting blown too hell!

          • Mark Y

Right yeah, because when Israel are not at war with hamas, the people of Gaza are always trying to change the equality laws for gay men. Gay Palestinians have been fleeing to Israel for years, knowing that they are not safe amongst their own bigoted culture and laws.

          • Alexander Kelso Shiels

Only because the American & British are supporting These Nazi Isrealis, they are the terroist in this instance!

          • Mark Y

Yeah, the conflict in Israel is all because of the Americans and British. Nothing to do with suicide bombers killing Israel’s and palestinians (who are supported by iran) firing rockets at Israeli people.

And just so you know, nazis are anti-semitic, so to call an Israeli a nazi is an oxymoron, makes absolutely no sense at all.

And to give you an idea why it is offensive to compare the Jewish holocaust to the conflict in Israel – the nazi’s murdered about 6,000,000 jews during the second world war, the jewish people did not kill any Germans. In the last 15 years, during the conflict, the Israeli’s have killed about 8,000 palestinians and palestinians have killed about 2,000 Israelis. And just so you know, the Jewish people didn’t get killed by the nazis because they were firing rockets at Berlin, or because they were killing Germans with suicide bombs. Seriously, do some research on the subject, learn about the history of Israel, it isn’t as simple as you might think.

And as you support a country where it is illegal to be gay, the next time uganda, russia, nigeria, or any other homophobic country imprisons a gay man, just remember, you support homophobic countries, and don’t complain about the others.

          • Alexander Kelso Shiels

Yet another GOD believer. The Nazis were not Nazis before hitler came along! The Isreali Prime Minister and his Goverfnment are the New Nazis. And if ritain had not given the Jews that land they would have to live somewhere else! Death to all war mongerors like you.

          • Mark Y

Eh? What are you going on about God for? And what does this nazi were nazis before hitler mean? Like I’ve already told you being a nazi means something, and nazis hate jews, so a jew can’t be a nazi, it just makes no sense. Totally stupid. Think up another word for jewish people if you want, but calling a jew a new nazi (they’re called neo-nazi’s btw) is something a 12 year old uneucdated imbecile would do, it makes no sense at all. Laughable.

Your anti-semitism is transparent. I take it you’re also a muslim sympathiser? Do you enjoy defending a religion that hates you?

And death to all war mongerors is another oxymoron, your comments make absolutely no sense.

        • JackAlison

          Yes thank u for that.
When ppl.get incensed about Israel they should think twice that HAMAS takes its cue from the muslim brotherhood in Egypt. If ever gaza gets statehood u can be assured muslim extremists will extinguish gay rights

          • Barry Scarfe

Yes, there is much to be critical of Israel about but at least there is a semblance of gay rights there and at least as far as the Jewish population is concerned it is a democracy. Indeed, Israel could show us a thing or too about that subject seeing as they don’t have an unelected second chamber of parliament and their equivalent of our House of Commons uses an ultra-democratic version of PR where you can obtain a seat in their even if you get just 1% of the national vote!

          • kane

yea israel might be democratic and big on pinkwashing at home but with its n@zi politics in gaza would make Heinrich Himmler very proud

          • Mark Y

You should take a look at the ethnic cleansing islamic leaders in the middle east have been responsible for over the last 100 years as a comparison to Himmler, after all, their anti-semitism has more in common with Himmler than any Israeli.

          • kane

feel free to provide particular examples to back up ur idiotic claims.
as for Himmler, he would have loved the idea of gaza perimeter, after all it is a carbon copy of n@zi made warsaw getto

          • Mark Y

If you need examples of ethnic cleansing in the middle east from islamic leaders, then you really know nothing about the middle east. You should learn about it before you post any more of your anti-semitic pro-islamic rubbish.

Still can’t answer my question though can you. How does it feel to defend a religion that wants to kill you?

          • kane

            backtracking?

          • Mark Y

I see you still can’t answer the question…….

How does it feel to defend a religion that wants to kill you?

As for backtracking, is that what you want to do now that you’ve realised that the religion you constantly defend is used to imprison, torture and murder gay men in 95% of the countries where it has any power? So pathetic.

          • Mark Y

Oh Kane, just to give you a head start in your research on the islamic ethnic cleansing in the middle east, start with sadam hussein in iraq.

          • kane

‘…islamic ethnic cleansing in the middle east, start with sadam hussein in iraq….’

sadam hussein is that the best you can come up with???

surely its not the same sadam hussein, a leading member of the revolutionary arab socialist ba’ath party and the baghdad-based ba’ath party —which espoused ba’athism, a mix of arab nationalism and arab socialism?. not to mention his hatered of al-qaeda. how very ISLAMIC of him indeed. as to your claims of islamic ethnic cleansing, are you sure it is still the same sadam hussein that on 5 november 2006 was convicted of charges related to the 1982 killing of 148 iraqi shi’ites and was sentenced to death by the court under usa backed iraqi interim government.

so, for you 148 deaths = ethnic cleansing???

          • Mark Y

Your comment makes no sense and reveals how blind you are to the facts of reality.

I’ve told you to do some research and you come back with incorrect facts and figures. Here’s a wiki link to the islamic leader Sadam Hussein’s genocide which I’m sure your tiny brain can understand………

            http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Anfal_Campaign

And to call someone a time waster and trying to underestimate the horror which that islamic dictator inflicted on his own people is sad and pathetic. All in the allah, of course.

          • kane

i suggest you familiarise yourself with sadam’s trail before making claims based on some wikipedia page

          • kane

you are begining to sound like a broken record

          • Mark Y

I repeat myself, because you still cannot come to terms with the fact that you defend a religion that wants to kill you. You just cannot answer the question. Answer the question and I won’t need to repeat it.

          • kane

            more yawning

          • Mark Y

Ah, poor little muslim sympathiser can’t come to terms with the fact that the religion he defends is homophobic, and cant come up with an answer as to why he defends it, so just types ‘yawn’ as if he’s bored – in fact he’s so bored, he just keeps coming back and looking at these comments – and continues to type – how boring of him. LOL. You idiot. You’re so transparent. I see my comments have got under your skin, because you know, islam, the religion you defend, is homophobic.

In reality, Kane knows he’s confused and totally fcked up for defending a belief system that wamts to kill him.

          • kane

keep yawning , did i say you were painfully boring and repetitive

          • kane

hamas is a product of israel’s brutality

          • Mark Y

And Israeils brutality is a product of hamas and the other islamic suicide bombers.

          • kane

hamas was founded in 1987 in response to decades of israel’s brutality in palestine and then in 2006 won democratic elections in palestine

          • Dr. Bess Field

            Kane:

Other than your obviously uneducated statements regarding ” hamas is a product of Israel’s brutality”….I think people like you simply want to say something so bizarre that it becomes viral attention seeking. You were quite successful at distracting the posters from the focus of the article which was about homophobic verbal assaults, and talk about terrorists in the same posting. There was another poster who stated that religious people hated gays???? Here is my take. First of all: My name is Dr. Marilyn B. not sure what’s more stupid, you or your comment.

          • Mark Y

You’re obviously not blind as you can read internet comments, but if you’re gay, then you most certainly are stupid for continuing to support islam in as many comments as you can. It’s a bit like reading a black guy supporting the KKK.

I’m sure you;re aware, that it was hassia who took the focus from uganda and placed it on gaza. I was mearly replying to point out that gaza are not without their own form of intolerance, oppression and bigotry.

          • kane

‘…but if you’re gay, then you most certainly are stupid for continuing to support islam…’

we have already established your intellect is no match for a reptile let alone to deal with complex matters

          • Mark Y

So you have to resort to silly little insults because you know the religion you keep defending is homophobic. How does it feel to know that the religion you belong to hates you????

          • kane

oh i am serious about your intellectual capacity. and your assumptions prove that i am right

          • Mark Y

Still can’t answer the question. How does it feel to defend a religion that wants to kill you?

Although I guess you’ll blame the west and america for the islamic torture, imprisonment and murder of gay men. So pathetic.

          • kane

            ‘… Still can’t answer the question…’

            but i have.

          • Mark Y

Where? I don’t see an answer to the question. Perhaps you could repeat it for me.

How does it feel to constantly defend a religion that wants to kiill you?

          • kane

read full answer higher up the post

          • Mark Y

But you still haven’t answered the question. You just keep telling me that I have a low intellect or something. So pathetic. Just answer the question……

How does it feel to constantly defend a religion that wants to kill you?

Just tell me how it feels. It is that difficult? Does it feel good to defend a religion that wants to kill you? Does it make you feel bad? Do you feel stupid? Do you feel confused? Just keep it to one word if that’s all you can bring yourself to write, but please answer the question…..

How does it feel to defend a religion that wants to kill you?

          • kane

just let me lie down on the couch before we start the session professor freud. now, what was the first question???

          • Mark Y

I must admit, it does sound like you need therapy.

          • kane

yes and you are qualified to make a diagnosis, talking about being deluded

          • white squirrel

            really

            brainwashed idiot

          • Mark Y

Haha. Says the brainwashed fool who always defends a religion that wants to kill gay men. Laughable.

          • kane

‘…fool who always defends a religion that wants to kill gay men …’

as I said before, you lack intellectual capacity to deal with more complex matters and as a result you end up making idiotic statements like the one above. still waiting for you to elaborate it further. it would be fascinating to see your thinking process in action

          • Mark Y

It would be more fascinating to hear you answer the original question instead of me having to elaborate any further- how does it feels for you to constantly defend a religion that wants to kill you?

I’m sure you’ll evade the answer, or probably blame the American’s for it, or ask me another question. If you have an answer, just write it down.

          • ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I am surprise some LGBT are pro Hamas, and yet they don’t know Hamas are extremist against gay rights. I used to follow the muslim religion till some cleric told me I deserve to be stone for being gay. I was always Israel supporter and I am still I am. I will not support Islamic extremist like Hamas that preach hate and they want to kill all Jews in Israel.

          • kane

Israeli official calls for concentration camps in Gaza and ‘the conquest of the entire Gaza Strip, and annihilation of all fighting forces and their supporters’

            Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2715466/Israeli-official-calls-concentration-camps-Gaza-conquest-entire-Gaza-Strip-annihilation-fighting-forces-supporters.html#ixzz39VHonUYH

          • ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

First of all one Israeli politician does not speak for all Israeli politicians in power. The whole military campaign is about destroying Hamas tunnel and rockets. Hamas is a Islamist extremist militants. The state of Israel does not tolerate rockets being fire at them.

          • kane

oh i think he does, after all which israeli politician condemned 1600 civilian deaths in gaza?

          • ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Your saying he does because your comment sounds like anti-semitic reasoning. Does Hamas condemned firing rockets at Israeli civilian? or Hamas preaching genocide against jews in Israel? Those terrorist never condemned the suicide bomb attacks or any hate speech against jews. As for today they praise the arab Israeli terrorist that flip a bus in Jerusalem and kill one civilian. I hate civilians dying on both sides.

          • kane

its rather pathetic to brand every criticism of israeli’s brutality and human right abuses in palestine as anti semitic.

as for hamas, it is a product of half a century long isreali’s oppression of palestinians. there is only so much you can take before you fight back, as a result people of gaza democratically elected hamas, the only political organization that was willing to stand up to oppression and fight back. so when israel murders over 1800 gazans including children its rather difficult to feel any sympathy for 67 israeli’s deaths caused by 3000 hamas rockets. 45 hamas rockets per one fatality, how very deadly indeed?

          • ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

“Its rather pathetic to brand every criticism of israeli’s brutality and human right abuses in palestine as anti semitic”.

Well it’s true for your case. You go after Israel existence and brand them as occupier. Then you praise Islamist terrorist Hamas as heroes saving people’s life. You then claim Hamas 3k rockets are harmless which I called your claim BS.

Jews have more history in the land than arabs aka Palestinians, and after Jews being kick out from the land thousands of years ago they spread worldwide. A lot of Jews didn’t leave holy-land and middle east. However Jews living in holy-land were persecuted by many empires that come and go.

The Jews living other parts of the world also face severe persecution from Christians,Muslims for thousands of years. Jews finally realize they need go back to there homeland and enough with persecutions around the world.

Today the state of Israel exist and yet so many Jew haters don’t want Israel existence. People that show hatred against Israel use the word anti-zionism to cover anti-sematism. They’re many Jews protest against Israel but they are Jews so they don’t count. In many recent pro-protest many muslim youths started violence and shout “death to jews” or “we need hitler now” while they were holding ISIS terrorist flags. In France violence against Jews was severe.

          • kane

            lets dissect your comment:

‘… You go after Israel existence and brand them as occupier…’
its a fact that israel is an occupier in palestine, like nazi were occupiers in poland. palestine is a land israel first claimed god gave it them then it claimed it was theirs as it was given to them by uk and usa.

‘…and after Jews being kick out from the land thousands of years ago they spread worldwide…’ – by whom???

‘…you praise Islamist terrorist Hamas as heroes saving people’s life…’

i have NOT prised hamas merely explained reason behind hamas’ existence. your narrative is very telling

‘…You then claim Hamas 3k rockets are harmless which I called your claim BS…’

again you make up your own facts as you go, i haven’t claimed they were harmless just that they were not very efficient. surely 45 rockets per one fatality is hardly deadly, compare that to deadly israeli’s tanks shells and GPS guided missiles

‘…Today the state of Israel exist and yet so many Jew haters don’t want Israel existence…’

how would you like if squatters took over your home and imprisoned you in the garden shed? as for jew haters tag, it just doesnt wash any more. typical zionist’s tactic to shut up any criticism of israel.

          • ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

“its a fact that israel is an occupier in palestine, like nazi were occupiers in poland”.

This tells your anti-semite by calling Israeli jews or the state of Israel nazis. A lot of muslim countries committed war crimes but your eyes is after Jewish state.

“i have NOT prised hamas merely explained reason behind hamas’ existence. your narrative is very telling”

The reason behind Hamas existence is to destroy Israel and kill all Jews. I will said it again Hamas is a Islamist terrorist and it’s driven by antisemitism.

“how would you like if squatters took over your home and imprisoned you
            in the garden shed?

That does not make sense at all. Let’s face it you don’t know Jewish history in the holy-land. Palestine never existed but Ottomans was controlling holy-land before British took over.

          • kane

‘…That does not make sense at all…’

            house owners= palestinians
            squatters= israel
            garden shed =gaza
hamas= (democratically elected) product of decades long isreali’s oppression of palestinians

‘…This tells your anti-semite by calling Israeli jews or the state of Israel nazis…’

concrete perimeter around gaza erected by israel resembles high walls around warsaw getto

            http://warisacrime.org/node/40133

          • Mark Y

            “occupiers in palestine”

            “squatters”

            “Zionist’s tactics”

All statements made by anit-semites. If you cannot admit you are anti-semitic then it shows how feeble and weak minded you are. I admit I am anti-islamic, I am anti-islamic because in 95% of the countries where they have power, they have laws which either imprison, torture or kill gay men. I also cannot abide the way in which islam treats Women, those who are not muslim, the way it inspires dictatorships and feudal systems in the countries which are predominantly muslim, and the hideous music they play from the mosques in islamic countries, amongst many other things.

Why can’t you admit you are anti-semitic? You’re not fooling anyone but yourself. You’re pathetic.

          • kane

            yawn

          • kane

you are not only thick but also painfully boring, taking into account both i will be direct. first of all you have asked me two questions:

            1) ‘…How does it feel to know that the religion you belong to hates you????…’

            2) ‘…how does it feels for you to constantly defend a religion that wants to kill you?…’

for the umpteenth time, its rather difficult to answer something that doesn’t reflect reality or facts and instead relays on baseless assumptions and low intellectual input. time after time you have failed to even justify posing any of these questions let alone to prove validity of the claims contained within them

in the future you could well to adopt twain’s advise; ‘ “It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt”

    • Paul

I completely agree with you and was just about to post a very similar response. Also this 99%… I wonder how much of it is fudged and what the true % would be. Regardless, even if 100% agreed it doesn’t make it right. So by his theroy if 100% of a group said that being black was wrong and all blacks should be brutally murdered does that mean that it should happen and the world should stand back and allow it?? 100% of Nazis hated Jews and were on their way to killing them all, so should we have just let them be and get on with it because 100% of them agreed? People need to remember what history has taught us. It’s a shame some people are too thick and brainwashed to understand this.

    • Silly Old Bastard

I know you are a deeply unhappy narrow minded extremist, so I
shouldn’t expect any better from you, but I must say that your idea that black
people and the gay movement are inextricably linked is bizarre. First, you
expect all black people to have it their mind 24 / 7 that some of their
ancestors were once slaves. (We won’t mention the embarrassing truth that they were first enslaved by fellow Africans, before being sold on to white traders). That is incredibly insulting to them but it escapes a dullard like you for some reason. Second, you expect living black people, who apparently should be grateful they too are not in chains, to have a binding obligation to support so called similarly oppressed groups (Gay people, in this case, even if ‘oppressed’ is really ‘hopeful’), even if they want nothing to do with the subject, or couldn’t care one way or the other. Either seek help or develop an
intellect. Or even better, do both.

      • Jones

your idea that black people and the gay movement are inextricably linked is bizarre

Both groups are subject to hate speech, both groups have been oppressed throughout history and in some places continue to be, both groups have had to fight for their rights and fight to maintain them in the present day – I don’t know how you can’t see that link.

        • Rehan

And when have you observed, in history, that one oppressed group has notable sympathy for another? The general pattern is that those who are or have been oppressed usually seek to oppress others in turn. The attitude towards women alone, as found especially in many formerly-enslaved societies, speaks volumes. The concept of equality – for everyone, not just one’s own tribe – is the product of fairly sophisticated cultures.

        • Silly Old Bastard

What you are identfying as a link is something called coincidence.
You’re confusing a common aim, which we have as greater rights specific to each interest, with a common cause, and expecting a joint LGBT-Black fellowship. A good example of that is 90 years ago in Italy when the Communists and the Fascists were both looking for supremacy, but were not in any way assisting each other in their separate fights against the state.

        • MJ

But gays restore houses and neighborhoods. Blacks wreck them. (So…there are differences too).

          • Q

Total ignoramous – I’m bored of your sweeping, unfounded, racism and I fond it highly ironic that you’l be the first one condemning homophobia and getting all precious about gay equality.

      • Jon (Malaysia)

I for one am extremely grateful not to be in chains. I am able to stand on the very broad shoulders of brilliant civil rights activists and brave gay activists. I feel a great kinship to the likes of Dr. Martin Luther King et al. and I’m as white as a lily, and queer as a 9 pound note.

    • jjnix

      Ego-centrism blinds us all.

    • Martin R

As someone who has lived and travelled extensively in East, West and South Africa I can attest that homosexuality is alive and well, and, in some cases, is culturally a fact of life.

  • Andy Diamond

Thank God! There is no place for such hateful people in this world. And he should not be given any platform to spread his hate.

  • Raymond G. Whitham

    He’s the trash of society.

  • Brian Apple

What sort of a person would pay to watch him perform? You have to worry about the mentality of his fans.

    • JasonT

There are hundreds of thousands in this country who would agree with him and want to see him perform, probably most of the people at that festival.

  • Robert W. Pierce

Good that the Home Office has banned him but what about those religious nutters who come over, such as the hatemonger, Scott Lively, one of the role players in Uganda’s anti-gay law, among other things? Religion always gets a free pass when it comes to LGBTI rights for fear of upsetting the god-botherers, i.e. Christian Concern, Anglican Mainstream and their Tory back bench supporters.

    • Peter Nkosi

  • Jock S.Trap

Yeah… “Burn all the gays” … how much more “misinterpreted” can you be!

Too many bad people in this world! Thankfully so many decent people tip the balance!

  • Will

Backward Pratt of a man. Shame but our youth take notice of idiots like him.

  • http://www.bloketoys.co.uk/ BlokeToys.co.uk

Oh the mental gymnastics and delusional beliefs of these people often astound me.

He recognizes that homosexuality is a natural occurrence and has existed throughout Human history, but he also claims that his 2000 year old religion of choice is the only adequate response and belief system to follow in response to it, thereby permitting him and his fellow cult followers to abuse and attack other people!

Seriously, you couldn’t make this sh*t up! lol

It’s so depressing to see the psychological damage religious extremism has had on an entire culture and an entire people. They’re so backward and incapable it’s unreal.

No wonder all these countries are still wallowing in poverty, violence, disease and social stagnation, these people seem incapable or unwilling to join the rest of the developed world.

The most interesting thing is that he even seems to understand that these beliefs and their constant social decay makes their nation “third world”, but he would rather he and his society live forever in poverty and violence than allow individuals to live with freedom.

If that doesn’t adequately display the complete ignorance of religious belief and the damage it does to uneducated people, I don’t know what can!

“I’d rather my people wallow in sh*t forever than have all of them live as they wish”. It’s utterly mental!

    • Paul

Well said. I am sick and tired of religious people quoting their 2000 year old story book. We don’t abide by some outdated laws because they do not fit into the modern world therefore I don;t see why anyone thinks it’s good to follow outdated views of oppressive people of times long past.

      • Barry Scarfe

Religious people should be politely but very firmly told if you want to believe in mumbo-jumbo that is fine BUT keep it to yourself and don’t seek to impose YOUR beliefs onto others in society who don’t share them and don’t seek to make others live their lives according to your beliefs. Their religious organisations should also be told that in mainly secular countries like Britain we don’t allow them to dictate to an elected government about the law of the land.

        • george1776

Just consider for example the Mid East was once the center of intellectual curiosity but once Mohammed and Islam raised its ugly head the MidEast is now in the toilet. Take a good look at how many Noble laureates have been awarded to Mid-eastern nations. Few if any. Why? Because the extremism of fanaticism of Islam stifles and kills intellectual knowledge and curiosity. Go look it up yourself and see why religion is a pestilence on society: it kills.

            al-Khwarizmi (ca. 8th–9th centuries), al-Razi (ca. 854–925/935), al-Farabi (ca. 870–950), Avicenna (908–946), Omar Khayyam (1048–1131), Nasir al-Din al-Tusi (1201–1274), Jabir ibn Hayyan (ca. 8th – 9th centuries)

just to name few post mohammed muslim scientist

          • george1776

Far and few in between for a people that once stood on the panicle of intellectual enlightenment and now suffer from a preponderance of ignorance. Your list is to say the least anemic.

          • kane

            a) the list focused on quality not quantity
            b) your bigotry and ignorance of the history has been exposed

          • Dr. Bess Field

Kane….are using the word bigotry? You are so briliant that you call Republicans and Pro Gay Rights an Oxymoron. Log Cabin Republicans, National Black Republican Association, Muslim Republicans, Asian Republican Coalition, etc….Do your homework.

Marilyn (I always end my eveings with Jimmy Page solo; nite, Kane)

          • kane

u want me lie down on the couch before we start the session?

          • KayoZen

Mind your spelling and grammar, dear George!

          • Paula Thomas

The point is that ‘the panicle(sic) of intellectual enlightenment’ only occurred under Islam!!! OK it was also ended by a single Islamic leader who declared maths to be the work of the devil (from which Islam has never recovered) but the point is that these things are rarely simple. Oh and before you jump to conclusions I am an atheist who thinks Richard Dawkins is overly polite!!

          • Jon (Malaysia)

I could and have listened to Richard Dawkins for hours. He is indeed very polite, Maybe that’s why he is so persuasive. You have to argue with his reason, and not his demeanor. He did call for militant atheism at the Reason Rally in Washington D.C. in 2012. Another brilliant performance.

          • Balance

you said: “post mohammed muslim scientists”,

but since mohammed invented Islam, of course ALL Muslims are post-mohammed. Before he came along, there were some other nicer religions though, like Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism.

Is it possible to rewrite Islam getting rid of all the evil bits? [Like Mohammed ordering Muslims to fight non-Muslims until they pay protection money to the gangsters (the jizya tax) (Koran 9:29)

and "treat other Muslims mercifully but treat non-Muslims harshly" (Koran 48:29)

and that Muslims can attack people to get the booty (Koran 48:20). Mohammad got 20% of all the booty (Koran 8:41)

and that his soldiers can have sex with other men's wives once they have enslaved them ("women your right hand possesses") (Koran 4:24)

and ordering the Killing of the Jewish poet Abu Afak for opposing Muhammad through poetry
            http://wikiislam.net/wiki/List_of_Killings_Ordered_or_Supported_by_Muhammad

He seems very insecure and nasty]

          • kane

fcuk me, you are so boring

          • Mark Y

Whereas you think you’re interesting? What is interesting is how you can list some boring muslims scholars who have been dead for 1000 years, but when confronted with the hate in the holy book you keep defending, you can’t answer.

Just so you know, islam hates gay men and women.

          • kane

Balance clearly didnt get or even read George1776 post i responded to, as a result posted mumbling comment criticising my response to George1776.
the boring and predictable bit was him quoting some bits from koran to criticise certain behaviour

          • http://www.bloketoys.co.uk/ BlokeToys.co.uk

Yes, lets ignore the fact that it’s Israel currently murdering sleeping Muslim children in their hundreds, and lets ignore that Iran, Egypt, and the people of Gaza have never attempted to enslave and crush Israel, nor steal their land, nor inflict border controls or attack incoming ships…

Your disgust of religious delusion should encompass all religious extremism, from Islamic extremism to radical Christians to Zionists.

Right now, the only religious extremism we are witnessing on a massive scale is being perpetrated by the Israeli government.

          • Mark Y

“the only religious extremism we are witnessing on a massive scale is being perpetrated by the Israeli government.”

……and then you woke up and realised you didn’t live in cloud cuckoo land. It’s funny how a bit of anti-semitism can make you ignore all the other religious extremism – like in saudi arabia, iran, iraq, egypt, syria, nigeria, uganda, etc, etc, etc

          • kane

            regimes supported by democratic america

          • kane

            wow, that made me sulk.

      • Dr. Bess Field

Here we are trying to stop bashing any group of people……and here is Paul and Barry Bashing religious people. What about Gay, Black, Asian, Muslim, Jewish…..or Christian’s (like me). Are you people idiots or just outright hypocrites. I am a Christian/Republican/Heterosexual/PROGAYRIGHTS/AMERICAN. https://www.facebook.com/marilynfieldculturalcompetency?ref_type=bookmark

      • Dr. Bess Field

Paul he said religious extremists…not religious people. So what if
people quote the Bible or John Lennon. I also agree that religious extremists teaching uneducated people can do horrible damage; like race-baiters do to entire groups of inner-city populations. Bobi’s real name is Robert Kyagulany.

The Bible has been read by more people and published in more languages than any other book in history. I am Christian, I love my Bible….but, do I think all evil is started by women (such is portrayed in the Bible, beginning with Eve)…NO…..Do I think the Earth was formed in a week…NO. The real deal here is that Mr. Kyagulany should not only be axed from the UK, but the US and the rest of the World as a preformer, however, that is up to the Entertainer’s who hire. Otherwise, he is exercising his freedom of speech…as horrible as it is. The Pastor Duck-Buck wasn’t a far cry from this guy….and he was made a hero. That doesn’t mean that you should take his place as a hater.

Just the usual retro religiously programmed self hatred/ low self esteem projected onto other people.

I should know- I ran a gay bar in Liverpool: Rule no 1: destroy everything

Rule no 2: vitriol and hatred, allied with moral and real corruption

Rule no 3: Rabid racism – really really really BAD racism.

All a mixture of religion, culture, a sense of ‘entitlement'; a negativity/ destructiveness/ hatred towards anyone outside Scouseland. A real hatred towards anyone who wants to progress or move on.

So: look at this sad rapper: it’s the same confused, insecure hatreds. He feels insecure, so he has to revert to a sad religion of hatred and to try to destroy other people who are vulnerable.

Same Scousers: destroy destroy. Hate the world etc etc.

  • Jordan Mykal Cross

This man is a disgusting, vile individual. His “fans” have to be idiots to listen to his hateful, bigoted lyrics. I suggest we put together a petition to prevent him from entering the US as well. This sad little boy is nothing more than a hate monger. He is due to perform in Alabama. Home of the KKK. I wonder if he will cry foul over their anti black views? I hate racism and bigotry. Its a demon that destroys our society.

  • gregipoh

That bearded man in the sky hates whom, exactly? Black people? Well, he makes black people hate queers.

Unmarried mothers? Erm, WOMEN. Yep they’re DEFINITELY SECOND RATE- only MEN at Jesus’s last days. Mohammed and women in black tents?

Oh and there seem to be MANY bearded men up there; this is apparently good, as then all the religions’ members can kill each other cos of jealousy and hatred- enough to justify many many wars – kill kill kill, hate hate.

Oh by the way, he needs money. Lots

of it. But he loves you.

  • vee

Yes your opinion does make you Third World! Now crawl back into your black hole and go rap about poverty and your lack of education.

That’s not true. During the Dark and Middle Ages in Europe, the Arab Muslim world actually preserved most of the science of the ancient Roman and Greek world while Europe struggled in ignorance. The rise of Islamism in its current form is very recent, less than 100 years old. Only now are some Muslims (not all, just some fanatics) choosing ignorance in favour of knowledge. Unfortunately those fanatics have guns and through motivation of greed for power have taken unprecedented control over some parts of the Islamic world.

  • gregipoh

It’s just the usual stuff from self hating black guys brainwashed with ancient religions from former British colonies: hate queers or die; “we” will tell you what to think.

Their dictators have lasted a long time, and so have their gods.

Uganda? Very well-governed; a stable democracy.

Why do the rapper’s eyes look like that (take a look)?

Bobi Wine – a ridiculous name to go with ridiculous and backward views. Isn’t Bobi a girl’s name anyway? Quite obvious that such homo-hatred spouting from his twisted lips stems from a deep self loathing and suppression of his own homosexuality. What a sad individual, hope he finds inner peace someday soon and finds the man of his dreams to lead him out of the shadows and into the light.

    Kane:

Other than your obviously uneducated statements regarding ” hamas is a product of israel’s brutality”….I think people like you simply want to say something so bizarr that it becomes viral attention seekiing. You were quite successful at distracting the posters from the focus of the article which was about homophobic verbal assalts, and talk about terrorists in the same posting. There was another poster who stated that religious people hated gays???? Here is my take. First of all: My name is Dr. Marilyn B. Field, a Christian, Registered Republican, Heterosexual, Pro Gay Rights/Marriage/Adoption (I mean come on….pro human rights). https://www.facebook.com/marilynfieldculturalcompetency?ref_type=bookmark

    • Jon (Malaysia)

You sound quite conflicted. Is it possible to actually BE oxymoronic? Let’s see….. 1 Doctor, 2 Christian, 3 Registered Republican, 4 Heterosexual, 5 Pro Gay Rights Marriage/Adoption. Just add pro abortion and your head could become a mix master. I hope you are seeking treatment.

    Prejudice begets prejudice.
Denying another persons rights shows u havent learnt any life lessons. US Black gay men suffer much higher rates of ill health n preventable HIV because their communities are extremely conservative due to connection to southern baptist churches.
In the leadup to Barack Obama being elected more black voters in CALIFORNIA turned out than ever before and on the same ticket these unprecedented numbers of blacks voted on PROP.8 banning and nullifying gay marriage?!
It doesnt surprize me this black rapper cannot join the dots.
