  1. uk’s immigration authorities and courts clearly suffer from institutional homophobia if they think jamaica is safe place for lgbt

  2. The stupidity and incompetence of the Border Agency is well-known but their approach to LGBT asylum seekers is downright sinister. I almost get the feeling that these are people who can’t mistreat British gay people any more so they have an outlet in humiliating LGBT refugees and then sending them back to certain danger (while other asylum seekers who detest “western values” are allowed to stay and it then takes decades to get rid of them). Everyone knows Jamaica is not safe for gay people, it has been very well-publicised.
