Well, duh!! Of course we are preoccupied with transition and surgery! After a lifetime of feeling my dick and what it goes through from sex to being kicked in the nuts, do you honestly think we are going to spend any real time occupied with anything else? This makes as much sense as earlier generations not telling children where babies come from. How else do you expect us to react? This is not to say that you are not supported through your journey – I have gone through a journey, as well. It’s just that yours hurts (or seems to be able to hurt) in physical way that mine does not… or at least, hasn’t yet. If you want me to understand, then you are going to have to address the immediate, physical reality and the honest curiosity that I have about it!

    1. Unless you are sleeping with someone their genitals are none of your damn business. Your “honest curiosity” is less important tham common decency.

Btw I don’t care if you understand, that is your problem not mine. Just don’t act like a dick even if you are obsessed with them.

    2. That’s just as bad as the homophobes preoccupation with gay men and anal sx

  3. I loved this. Just because someone is from a minority is doesn’t mean they deserve less respect for their privacy. Having had heterosexuals who only just met me ask personal questions about my sex life that they would never broach with a heterosexual I can relate.
Just because you might be curious, you don’t have some right to know every intimate detail of another’s life.
