    Do we know what sanctions are being taken against those officers who decided to arrest (and pursue litigation)? At the most innocuous this unlawful arrest was the fault of the police for being ignorant of the law. In actuality from how this played out it sounds more like a discriminatory and malicious act Either way those police concerned need some corrective training or this will happen again.
