    Yet again, an example of the contrast between the attitude of middle Eastern countries regarding trans v gay people. Even Iran, which regards homosexuality as a capital offence, recognises transsexualism (MtF and FtM) in law and provides state funded medical treatment.

    What is needed now is for those involved in supporting trans people in a professional capacity to make sure that they understand the correct terminology. A transMAN is not a ‘woman’.
