  3. Uganda stuck between a rock and a hard place.
    After the tabloid whipped up public anger by publishing the images without his consent, they need to convict him in order to keep the crowd happy.
    However, they can’t convict him due to international relations and the removal of aid money which they need in order to survive as a country.
