  1. Is this person not capable of answering his own critics as he has to rely on his mummy to do his dirty work?

    1. Actually, if he has aspergers it’s quite likely he isn’t at least not at this time, they don’t handle upsets in their life well.

  2. The BNP are scum.

This guy is ba bigot regardless of hos condition.

The tragic reality is that over50% od Tory MPs belong in the BNP because of their homophobic extremism.

The Tories and the BNP are not that far apart when it comes to gay rights.

  3. Mike Homfray 29 Nov 2013, 12:56pm

A fascist is a fascist – Aspergers is not an excuse and I think my friends with Aspergers would strongly object to it being used as such

  4. So …. he left the BNP to join the National Front because he thought the BNP was not a racist party, but “he doesn’t have any hate in him”!!! That doesn’t really ring true somehow – or is it just me??!!

  5. James Orpin 29 Nov 2013, 1:35pm

Totally agree with others. What does his Asperger’s have to do with anything? It doesn’t excuse him joining the racist/homophobic bigots of the BNP and NF.

  6. Robert in S. Kensington 29 Nov 2013, 1:36pm

And the BNP and National Front aren’t parties of hate as are UKIP and EDL?

  7. Robert in S. Kensington 29 Nov 2013, 1:38pm

Notice his mother mentions ‘lefties’ who posted the comments. Tells you right there

    1. actually, wasn’t his mother it was a friend from what i read.
you are just such a bigot when it comes to the BNP.

keep re enforcing those stereotypes !

  8. How can people claim that someone doesn’t have a hateful bone in his body and that he’s a thoroughly nive person while also saying that he left the BNP to join the National Front because the BNP are not militant enough when it comes to their fascist views?

This makes absolutely no sense, and I actually had to read it more than once to make sure.

The BNP are scum, the NF are 10X worse. If you join either the BNP or NF you are either and ignorant racist or an outright fascist. End of debate.

  9. Is it just me, or is it not a bit odd to say that someone who leaves the BNP because “it is not a racial, national party” to join the National Front “has no hate in him”??!! Seems somewhat of a contradiction to me!!

  10. Sinead Harkin 29 Nov 2013, 4:34pm

I have no kids but I’d sooner have a gay child than a homophobic racist bigot

    1. I’m sure you didn’t mean it to be but your comment is actually quite offensive. It gives the impression that both are bad but one is worse than the other.

  11. WHY is this even a story on Pink News?

    http://www.rainbow-citizen.com

  12. I thought that i would find some free thinkers on here, but instead all i see is “Zombie voters” that want to perpetuate the stereotype about the BNP.
    yawn.

    1. Staircase2 1 Dec 2013, 2:36am

And by ‘free’ you do, of course, mean ‘bigoted racists’…
Been inspired by the EDL’s regular stab at recruitment on here have we…?
And by ‘zombie voters’ you do, of course, mean ‘people who wouldn’t vote BNP/NF/EDL/UKIP if they were the only names on the ballot paper…

      …nice try…

It appears that fake Twitter accounts were set up to besmirch the character of this “gentle giant”. I am not in favour of harming any disabled person.

    1. Staircase2 1 Dec 2013, 2:40am

If he’s capable of declaring the BNP not racist (enough) and so decides to join the NF, then his disability clearly isn’t the main problem is it…

‘Gentle’ he may be, but people should not be forced to put up with the outcome of his political activities for fear of disturbing his alleged fragility…

    2. Staircase2 1 Dec 2013, 2:46am

Ignoring the fact for a second that you’re clearly a plant, the ‘evidence’ that the messages posted on twitter could very well be his own work is inherent in his political support and activism for both the BNP and the NF in the first place.

It simply beggars belief that these tweets are ‘out of step’ with his previous thinking…

ps did you run out of patience thinking up a different first name each time then…?

  14. John Bainbridge 30 Nov 2013, 1:38am

I think that this man has been targeted because he is mentally disabled and because he is in the British National Party. Where is the evidence that this Twitter account belongs to him? I do not vote BNP but I am against bullying of the sick and disabled no matter what their political party.

…and when you say ‘I do not vote BNP’, my best guest is that, actually, yes you do…repeatedly…

  15. I have the feeling that this is a smear campaign against someone who is disabled. The Far Left thugs are getting desperate. Where is the evidence that the Twitter account belonged to him? I suspect Kingston UAF of pulling this stunt. shame on them!

  16. The British National Party and National Front detest each other. The BNP emerged as a split in 1982 after internal wranglings within the NF. In the murky world of the British extreme right, thuggish violence and smear campaigns between factions are not uncommon. Rather than being the work of “lefties” as the obvious troll John would have us believe, it is likely that David Child is being targetted by a rival splinter. His disability does not seem to be an excuse for his joining a far right party, and he is clearly well enough to decide to switch from the more “respectable” BNP to the more nakedly racist National Front.

  17. Stephen Dawson 3 Dec 2013, 11:56pm

It has now been confirmed that David Child was set up by the National Front. The NF made one mistake: they used the NF logo on David Child’s supposed ‘Twitter account’. Case closed.
