Think that this gets to the root of the issue, its the story of a political appointment of a man with no experience to be chairman of a bank. His colourful private life is just a side show.however i fear that his former political friends will hang him out to dry,i feel sorry for this guy hope he’s strong enough to withstand the stuff thats going to be dropped on him

I feel sorry for Paul Flowers and wish him strength to get on with life and that his friends of today will support him in a media frenzie.

I think less of the Grindr guy who goes to a rag for money. Sad indeed and I hope he gets treated appropriately by his mates.

It is time to stop expecting everyone to be so perfect and the media game of destroying everything. Mr Flowers has clearly contributed at senior levels in organisations and therefore I assume is an intelligent and talented man, but flawed like the rest of us.

Was the grindr guy and the reporter of value to society I think not.

Sad reflection on the media. Get over ourselves. look at tallent not pull him down to your gutter level.
