    The judge didn’t “defy” anything; he DENIED the applicant’s motion for a stay.
    There’s a HUGE legal difference.

  2. So, really, all this Republican idiot did was try to use something that had been rendered irrelevant by a change in law, to nullify the change in law.

    This would be like changing the law to legalize the use of cannabis, then using a law criminalizing the use of cannabis to try to stop the already passed new law from taking effect.

    Quite simply, the guy is a freakin’ idiot. But then I would expect nothing less from a Republican.
