    Probably this has to do with pressure from Abbott and his party of bigots.

  3. The Tasmanian Parliament is split

    Lab 10 Lib 10 Green 5 in the lower house and

    12 Ind 1 Lab 2 Lib in the upper house.

    I can’t see that Abbott had much input into the decision from a political perspective.
