    Well done cutie

  2. Is this ‘gay’ news exactly though? I mean, his gayness was completely irrelevant to what happened. I know that this site reports things that gay people achieve because it’s relevant/interesting that gay people are now able to hold positions in government, or be open in sports etc, but just to report anything that is done by a gay person seems a bit silly to me.

So if it were a straight MP throwing a lifebuoy or anyone for that matter, do you really think the Mail or Telegraph wouldn’t report it or shouldn’t? There are many things which deserve less or no coverage in the media. Has it not occurred to you that if Stephen Gilbert hadn’t noticed the woman, she might well have drowned?.This poor woman’s ‘life saver’ just happened to be gay. Why shouldn’t PN report it? It’s a gay site for heaven’s sake.

      Well done, Stephen!

      1. Of course they’d report it as they are supposed to be covering ALL news. It’s just that I thought this site was meant to be ‘gay’ news.

Separately, yes, well done to him and the woman was very lucky he was there.

  3. Well done to him, but since she was in the Thames her skin will probably fall off in a week anyway.

  4. I agree with Sally. Pink news used to be about Gay news stories, however I have noticed recently that a few stories are appearing that have no relevance other than someone involved is gay.
