  2. Try writing to the FCO and to William Hague himself. But ethical foreign policy seems to stop at the oilfield so I doubt if there would be any responce or much less any action.

    All the same worth trying.

    In my view we should not give any aid to country’s with barbaric, homophobic laws. Lets see what happens when their politicians can no longer go shopping in knightsbridge because they are banned from the UK.

    Please people of Britain with good hearts write to your MP and ask that the government do everything possible including offering them asylum to prevent this. They are just young men our brothers. Please

    Though I imagine most of the population would be way too craven to say anything in support of homosexuality for fear of bringing repercussions upon themselves.

  6. Surely the Queen as head of the commonwealth should help in these cases ? Is it right that these draconian countries remain in the Commonwealth ? I think not
