    1. Yes, while it’s refreshing to see people acting on their consciences the other way like this in support of same sex marriage, it is still equally out of step with the law.

      1. Strike “equally” from previous comment,
        Lillian Ladele was attempting something a little different, she was trying to gain legal privilege for bigoted Christians to single out and discriminate against same sex couples in the provision of services.

    Basically it’s a Mexican stand-off. The state thinks it can bully him into stopping. He says the law is unconstitutional. My guess is someone will blink, and that will be after the ACLU or similar backs him in the courts. Ultimately the Supreme Court will have to come off the fence and sort this mess out.
