  3. Why don’t all companies just offer same sex couples the same benefits as opposite sex couples instead of waiting for rulings.

    Be leaders not followers and use some common sense!

    What an awful system though when you think of it. Thank goodness we in the UK don’t have to put up with that crap in spite of our own imperfections in some of the marriage legislation, but we’re a lot better off than our American brothers and sisters by a long shot.
