Preferable to remove her head than her bollocks. A drain on society.

    1. So you know her? No, thought not … So shut up.

What an idiotic response. Have you checked his criminal record? What about the rights of his victims? Why are all shemales such horrendous people?

        1. I know a lot of so-called “shemales”, none of whom are horrendous people. Why are all blacks such horrendous people? Why are all women such horrendous people? Why are all gays such horrendous people? Why are all ….

….Why are all people so nasty at heart?

  2. Offensive typo: “During the hearing on Monday, De’Lonta’s lawyers argued the necessity of the evaluation to have the surgery, because of the harm he poses to herself without it.” Please change ‘he’ to ‘she’.

I get the cruel and unusual punishment, but what is she in jail for? Rightfully convicted? Wrongfully convicted? But your in jail and until it is determined that you are there wrongfully convicted, youare stayong put. And I don;t see that as challenge to her sentence. As a person free not in jail, there was no one there I could persue legal action against to get my SRS paid for! Suck it up, you are in jail!!,

    1. If you had been on Medicaid/Medicare the federal government would have paid for it. I am all for SRS at the person’s own expense but am tired of all the freeloaders and criminals taxing our systems and then complaining about how unfair life is.
