Florida teenager Kaitlyn Hunt, who was accused lewd and lascivious battery of a child 12 to 16 years of age, for having a relationship with a 14-year-old, has now been accused of continuing contact with the girl, despite being ordered by the court not to.

Prosecutors say the two have been in constant contact since Hunt left Sebastian River High six months ago, and said that she “placed an iPod into the child victim’s locker.”

The state also claims to be in possession of “approximately 20,000 text messages,” including twnety-five explicit photos of Hunt, and two videos. The photographs and videos were reportedly sent to the court as the court had ordered Hunt to cease contact with the teenager.

One of the text messages reportedly said “be careful”, because “if they find out we talked I’m going to jail”.

Another, more serious accusation by prosecutors, says that Hunt repeatedly met with the teenager, despite being ordered to not come within 500 feet of her. Florida criminal code defines this contact as a “dangerous crime”, and so prosectors asked the court to detain Hunt, and possibly her mother, who instructed her to destroy evidence of the contact.

Kaitlyn Hunt faces felony charges after the mother of her girlfriend, aged 14, notified police of the relationship as soon as she turned 18.

She has been charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery of a child 12 to 16 years of age and has been expelled from Sebastian River High School, in the town of Sebastian, Florida.

In June, the attorney representing Hunt, asked for the presiding judge to remove himself from the case.

In May, she rejected a plea deal, which would have put her under house arrest for two years, and labelled her a sex offender.

US hackers collective Anonymous, also set its sights on Florida’s State Attorney, over felony charges brought against the 18-year-old.
