  1. Saying someone is gay is not libel.

This guy worked for Berlusconi so he is definitely corrupt.

Not sure how Italy’s libel laws work. If it’s in print and the allegations are untrue then it could well be libel. If it weren’t printed then it’s slander if it can’t be backed up by proof or witness hearing what was said.

      1. Slander or libel implies damaging someone’s reputation.

Being gay is no better or worse than being straight so it’s not libel or slander regardless of the context in which it is used.

In England this is true these days, because most people would agree with that sentiment. But in a country where it still carries so much stigma that their career and reputation would be seriously damaged, for example Russia, where you can be fired, it could still be considered libellous under the English rules.

I’m making over $7k a month working part time. I kept hearing other people tell me how much money they can make online so I decided to look into it. Well, it was all true and has totally changed my life. This is what I do… http://xurl.es/kw2me

Good luck with that, Tremonti with Italy’s homophobic judiciary and entirely corrupt and equally homophobic political system. It won’t be taken seriously and he’ll lose.

  3. I find amusing the suing of someone called “Immacolata” for not, allegedly, having been immaculate in her behaviour.
