    Its civil union, not marriage. “”We are happy and civil married”, say Gonzalo Ruiz Giraldo. But judge has not used word “marriage”” (elespectador.com).

  2. “The principal of equality extends the same protection to all Colombians without discrimination.” What a pity the old bigoted frats in the un-elected British House of Lords were so beligerently blind to this principle (before being defeated). But, of course, they were hardly likely to approve ‘equality’ when they sit in a parliament alongside landed gentry, religious bishops and government cronies – ALL UN-ELECTED Hardly ‘equal’ is it?
