An anti-Trans bias in an “LGBT” group is certainty not unknown. Look at Stonewall under Ben Summerskill, for example.

If this is what happened here, it’s well worth looking into to.

But the detail is thin, and padding the story out with details of the overall campaign does not give any answers.

  3. Unfortunatley the struggle for trans is far from over because it’s a gender issue as apposed to a sexuality issue and most people (LGB included) are very ignorant when it comes to gender. Many gay men especially still have that 1950’s mindset of what it means to be masculine or femenine and are frightened of people who break the gender binary.

On behalf of all the trans people who have been made to feel excluded or unwanted be the rest of the LGBT community, I am sorry. I hope you know there are people out there who do understand and who do care.
