In before “Baldwin reports his account was hacked”.

  2. Proving once again that most actors are morons…and what about his numerous ‘encounters’ with brothers Billy and Stephen? I mean EVERYONE KNOWS guys who say this sort of thing are just trying to hide the fact that they themselves are gay.

    1. ‘jafuf’ are you now trying to disguise your identity? For Christ’s sake (and the rest of ours), give it a rest.

Of course, it would be the Daily Mail wouldn’t it? How i’d love to see it taken down just like the News of the World.

  4. This is standard behaviour from Alec Baldwin. He frequently uses homophobic slurs towards male journalists & paparazzi – even the married ones. He rants in Twitter then deletes his account – until the next time. His behaviour is odd and suggests he might require psychiatric help. That’s only my opinion, of course.

  5. Six of one and half a dozen of the other!

Meh. Famous figure in Twitter embarrassment shock.

Nothing to see here. Move along.

  7. I think everyone would be far more outraged if the journalist was not a) a Daily Mail journalist and b) completely guilty of what he has been accused of.

It’s hard to know who to object to more, the scummy journalist or the terribly offensive egomaniac. If he calls his own daughter a pig he’s hardly going to be very nice to the rest of the world.

File this under more evidence of terrible journalism and more evidence that Baldwin is a total moron.

    1. Well said. The less attention given to these strange people, the better.

  8. Well, he’s already a known misogynist (see the messages he left to his daughter) so not such a shock to see him exposed as yet another modish liberal celebrity who talks the talk on gay rights, but actually has no problem contributing to anti-gay oppression himself. I guess it must only be wrong when Republicans do it.

Well done Mr. Baldwin. Take your seat next to Will Smith.

I have very no sympathy for Daily Mail staff or reporters to actually care about this story.

Maybe I should care and had it been anyone else I may have but being the Daily Mail who wouldn’t say such a thing.

  10. Hmmm… a Daily Mail ‘journalist’ spouts lies in a national newspaper about someone texting during a funeral. When you print that then don’t be surprised at the reaction. This has nothing to do with homophobia. I am amazed any person stands up for this trash journalism or had commented on how offensive the article was. Toxic little queen is probably too polite.

    1. Wrong, it has everything to do with homophobia. Yes, what the journalist did was wrong and he deserved a torrent of anger, but that doesn’t mean he deserved homophobic abuse

If this journalist weren’t gay but instead was black, would it have been ok for Baldwin to have called him ”a toxic little N-word” ? If he’d done so, could you really say the comments weren’t racist, or that because the reporter had lied, it would be acceptable to make such a comment?

It’s just double standards – Racism is never acceptable in any form, but homophobia is acceptable just as long as that person ”deserves it”

  11. Baldwin is right – the reporter concerned is a vile self loathing nasty queen – How can a clear statement of fact be homophobic!

  12. To be fair, George Stark is a toxic little sh*t. But that doesn’t excuse Alec Baldwin’s homophobic rant.

  13. People seem to be missing the point. Daily Mail, guilty or not. The type of verbal diarrhea Alec Baldwin responded with is uncalled for. It’s the type of reaction I’d expect from a infant, not a middle aged man. There’s better ways to express your disappointment or anger at journalists. And hey, if you want to be a modern celebrity, this type of silly juvenile rumors and false reporting are to be expected. And if they were getting no attention at all, they’d be pissing and moaning about that too.
They can’t have their cake and eat it.

  14. Somewhat bizarrely, Alec Baldwin does seem to have a track record of lashing out at the LGBT community for no apparent rational reason: I seem to recall him babbling out some stupid throwaway transphobic comment a few years’ back too – although if it was an attempt to gain publicity through being offensive or ‘edgy’ it must have been a pretty pathetic comment as I can’t even remember what it was now but just thinking at the time what a loser he was!
