What can I say? It’s a great video. Well done to all involved.

  2. Absolutely loved it! I HEART Scotland!

Sentimental quality-street-tin ad campaign. I do hope that Scotland takes the lead in the uk marriage equality law but this cutesy-cringy, say cheese, let’s be upbeat and have a jamboree makes me crave punk rock and polanski

What d’you mean it’s grea? Simple message. Lot’s of people from different walks of life. Music reinforces the message – and is great on its own to be honest. Includes people of faith, straight people, leaders of all political parties including the First Minister. What’s not to like?

    2. @lostinfrance – your comment is just a touch pretentious. I look forward to seeing your punk rock/Polanski video but until you get off your arse and do something yourself, why don’t you stop denigrating the efforts of others!

Ok Cal, I admit it wasn’t the best thought out response. I am no writer, just smoking a bowl and putting down thoughts……. sorry, I just found it bland and completely unmoving.

Beautiful, well done Scotland in solidarity with you south of the border.

  9. A top quality video – well done!
    We’re getting there!
As an older gay man, I marvel as to how far things have come and how liberating pieces such as this really are.
    Thank you.

  10. What can you say ? – a militant homosexual lobby group supported with a grant of 1.6 million pounds from the government (which supports distorted marriage – impartial eh ? ) , gets a few Z-list scottish ‘personalities’ and assorted stooges to hold up a propaganda slogan pretending it’s all about ‘equality’. No sign of Jamie Rennie from LGBT youth Scotland in the crowd – he who campaigned against so-called ‘homophobia’ and for homosexuals to adopt – I’m sure he would be for ‘equal marriage’ too (wonder where he is ?).

There is of course nothing to stop someone who labels themselves ‘gay’ from getting married-marriage being the union of a man and a woman .So it’s not about ‘equality’. Civil partnerships gave those who label themselves ‘gay’ the same legal rights as married couples .Same sex ‘marriage’ is in fact a contradiction and an oxymoron .’Equal eating’ -putting beans on toast under ones armpit and calling this ‘equal’ to ‘traditional eating’- even if enshrined in law is bonkers!

    1. And the inaptly named ‘Scotland For Marriage’ lot have who as their leading icon? Oh yes, Cardinal Keith O’Brien. A celibate who is not quite so celibate and gay. The bigots lost, just admit defeat. Jesus smiled when he saw the film. He’s on the side of love not hate.
