  1. Excellent. Another defeat for cruelty and religious bigotry and a victory for the human rights of children, something America has a shameful record for.

  2. This is good news however they do need to go further and ban the practice completely

  3. If something is deemed psychologically damaging to children, shouldn’t it be deemed psychologically damaging … full stop? Why is it only minors that need protecting from something which is CLEARLY harmful? The US needs to stop pandering and deferring to religious bigotry.

Why should people suffer for being both gay and religious, with the gay cure as the only option available? Help them get rid of their superstitious ideas, handed down the millennia, with terrible consequences for millions of people.

Let’s hope it happens in the UK too, long overdue.

    1. Maybe I should pose as in need of a ‘cure’. When it doesn’t work, sue them for a breach of the Trades Descriptions Act. The only thing which makes an impact on these people is hitting them where it hurts – in the pocket.
