I totally agree with the sentiment I’m just so disappointed with the Lib Dems being the lap dogs of the Tory party.

True, but just imagine what the Tories would have tried to get away with had it not been for the Lib Dems.

Thanks Mr Clegg. I very much appreciate your comments and support.

We have come a very long way in my lifetime. from being against the law to I hope marriage. It shows what can be achieved.

I’m so fortunate to be able to take my 18 year old gay niece to her first Pride march on Saturday. Cannot wait to see her face. I remember my first Pride in 1994.

However there is still lots to do for equality both in this country and abroad. We need to keep fighting for our cause but sincerely thank those who have helped us come so far in a short time. Mr Clegg and many others. Thank You.

  3. Not good enough Pink News. Not good enough at all.

This is a LibDem press release. Why is PN pretending that Clegg is speaking exclusively to PN.

Any reporter worth his salt would ask Clegg to explain why he thinks our civil rights are a conscience matter. And whether he condemns the bigotry of those MP’s who think we are 2nd class citizenship.

Pink News is becoming a Tory mouthpiece.

It’s becoming as irrelevant as Stonewalled. It is more interested in staying close to power than doing its job.

Since when has PN become part of the gov ernment’s PR machine

I look forward to the day our flag is flown over the town hall in Halifax!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. Why not try writing to your local councillors and asking? You never know!

  5. Perhaps he could similarly get them to fly the bi flag on September 23rd. London may have its local pride festival this week but as buildings of national government, Bi Visibility Day is nationwide (indeed international).

The rainbow was a sign from Our Father God that, following the great flood upon the earth owing to mankind’s sinfulness, there would never be another flood. God calls on everyone to repent and to put their trust in the redeeming blood of Jesus. Ex-gays (I know of one) have done so.
