  1. Well done Pam and the rest of the team. When I lived in the Carlisle area, there was very little for LGBT+ people, I hope it’s a great success.

  2. Congrats to Pam and those involved in Carlile…
    A new initiative ,perhaps eventually, resulting in something like this has begun in East Kent /Medway areas. Very early days yet, but poss drop-in facility for counselling/ elderly & isolated support first and eventually; long term goal; an lgbt housing project.(poss with an lgbt ‘centre’/drop-in’ attached) The phone etc services that were extant here in Kent all closed sadly several years ago leaving very little to support people unless they could get to or phone London/Brighton etc; but the new project may see such returned-. There are a number of gay run cafe’s though already in SE Kent and it’s hoped to buold on those aswell.
