Congratulations to her…..she is a lovely friendly woman with a good sense of humour judging by the interviews Ive seen her given

  2. And only last week some smart-arse at the BBC was taking the piss out of her- and the comments broadcasted by the BBC!!

Well done, Clare, richly deserved! What a classy lady too, rises above the hate and homophobic comments by the BBC and others.

I respected her anyway – this won’t make a difference. At least they don’t seem to discriminate based on sexual orientation when giving these things out.

Sir, Lady, Lord, OBE, MBE, etc. I’m not impressed by any of it, but I’m glad she got recognition.

  5. That is nice too see, seems a genuine nice, down to earth woman. She should be congratulated!!!

Great lady and glad Sir Menzies Campbell was included but I’d have a republic anyday.

Get rid of this living in the past stuff, kings and queens sort of Walt Disney to me.

Create a better future for all.
