That is absolutely great! How many of us dreamt about a normal adoslescence without any hate and bigotry and sadly didn’t get it. Having a normal puberty though you are gay is amazing and it shows how much better it has already gotten! <3
(At least in some parts of the world.)

    1. It’s like some great parallel universe where gay people are accepted without fuss and not excluded, it works for me, much more of same please and let’s just move on past the tiresome anti-gay bigotry and hatred into the 21st Century and something so much better.

I wonder which one is the mummy.

Maybe both of them are daddies!!!

    2. This shows the old mentality, incapable of evolving.
Malicious, bully and intolerant of anything different to what they are used to.

    3. What a silly-billy you are! Now go stand in the corner facing the wall.

Congratulation to the boys and Carmel High School community. This could really inspire other schools to give positive feed back to gay students.
I am teaching at two German Grammar
school for now 36 years, I am out since more than 30 years and never ever had any problems about it. But still among the students are only few who do this step while still in school, allthough, when you talk to your classes about beiing gay the reactions are allways broaden minded and full of acceptence.
It obviously needs more role models as these two lovely young men at Carmel High.

  4. It is so very moving to see tangible proof that we are moving forward as a culture/society. These beautiful kids would have been expelled by the administration and beaten senseless by the other boys at my high school. I am so happy to see times-a-changin’.. I wish them all the best!

  6. Absolutely love Carmel High School for this, and love that the guys were able to feel safe being open to their schoolmates… Never would have happened in my school when I attended. It’s nice to see things are changing, if only a bit.
