  1. “A little more difficult”? Of course it is! It appears the majority of moviegoers, even now, are incapable of accepting that an actor known to be gay can play a non-gay lead role (despite TV being much more advanced in this respect), though the opposite is evidently not true.

    Ask even your friends and acquaintances – it’s quite shocking how many even young people (mainly women in my experience, interestingly) can’t get their heads around what is ultimately nothing more than an actor acting.
