    Wonderful News based on a correct enlightened ruling by the appellate court! She is a woman and should be treated and respected ,as such .I wish her and her husband too be, much happiness.

    Long overdue!

    I have been looking into this case for a while now and hopefully set a precedent to other nations on transgender and gay marriage court cases with other countries with current unequal marriage laws…

    Hong Kong has come a long way in relatively few years. When I live there in the early 1980s homosexual sex was still completely illegal, whereas 10 years later when I lived there again it had been legalised, now it is setting the standard in some respects that other countries could do worse than follow.
