  1. As someone who used to work for EY, I had mixed feelings when I first saw Jim was on the Board of this organisation. Over the years I have heard him speak and seen the actions he has taken within EY on LGBT issues and there is no doubt in my mind that he is a true ally and passionate about this subject. I guess it would have been easy for him to quit in protest, it is much more difficult to decide to stay and push for change from within. I am sure that, over time, his inclusive approach will have a positive impact – I hope those in this organisation listen to what Jim has to say and vote for change.
    It is always so much more powerful when our straight allies put their heads above the parapet and push for change.
