i think DOROTHY just threw a HUGE bucket of “GET OVER IT” water on the wicked witches of the inequality righteous right wing nuts! congrats MN for getting it right!

  2. The organization pledging a half million dollars to defeat pro-marriage Republicans is NOM. Given their overwhelming success in New York with the same threat (of 4, one held his seat quite nicely, one defeated a primary opponent but lost to a pro-equality Democrat, another lost a primary to a challenger who also lost to a pro-equality Democrat, and one retired; her “conservative” successor says marriage equality is the law, and won’t discuss it past that.)

So no matter what happens, look for NOM to be claiming a victory.

Equal marriage just passed 75-59! House of Lords, pay attention!

Well done, Minnesota! 12 American states on board.

I’ve posted this in the other thread but I’ll post it here too!

It’s not there yet, the State Senate still has to vote. I believe that indications are they have the votes to pass it and Governor Dayton has said he will sign the bill but don’t count no chickens!
