Possibly because we are subject to ridicule, harassment and verbal / physical abuse by some of the greater population. Stupid woman.

    1. Dave North 4 May 2013, 8:27pm

No. People like you with your silly god beliefs “Ghettoise” us.

By all means have your beliefs, but please keep them out of SECULAR LAW.

      1. Dave North 4 May 2013, 9:03pm

        Perhaps.

But as a GP I use human intellect.

Not god to help my patients.

PS. NEVER come near my surgery.

        Christians are banned.

Oh, it could be worse. He could just be some blogger who thinks his opinions are important.

I mean, that would be truly pathetic wouldn’t it?

      3. Mister Fister 5 May 2013, 12:37pm

I loved your riposte to this nasty Inspector General. So christians are banned from your surgery? I wish you were my GP – you are fabulous and you made me smile.

  2. Another oxygen thief politician, saying gay people get harassed because they are forced into ghettos is like saying the recent misogynistic murders in Italy are her fault for being a woman.

    1. …and no doubt she also blames the jews for the holocaust

  3. Robert in S. Kensington 4 May 2013, 8:13pm

She sounds a perfect match for UKIP. Stupid bint!

  4. I understand need for “ghetto” but it is time to move the boundaries between people. If you don’t hold your man’s hand, or your gals for that matter walking down the street or hesitate to share a peck when you feel like it…then she is right. Not in my case thou. I live my life to full. Even on the streets of Istanbul. Out and proud.

” You people don’t really appreciate where this is going to lead, do you ?”

    What?. More beatings.

Been there, done that, got the hemorrhage.

    How dare you threaten us.

  6. Dave North 4 May 2013, 8:37pm

    What?

    Is that a threat?

Are you going to BEAT US UP? Kill us.

You better watch what you have just recorded for all legal eternity on the internet here.

I’m sure the CPS will be interested.

The Italian gay scene is terribly sad. There are so many good gay peole there, but they live under the persecution of the Catholic Church, especially from the Vatican, as we as an ingrained homophobia in Italian culture. Let’s hope something is now done to rectify it all in the name of justice and fairness.

There’s a lot of words but absolutely no substance in anything he writes. Gutter journalist at best.

I sincerely hope he has a day job.

Ok Inspector General is an idiot. Just ignore the pratt.

I risk being hammered here but ….at some point when we gay people get to the table of equality we will have to fight for others and our hetrosexual brothers and sisters. Balanced society. It’s comming our way and I for one welcome that day.
    Best to all

Unfortunately, the situation here, in Italy, is tragic for gay civil rights. We don’t even have a law against homophobic crimes. Few days ago, for example, a gay guy has been attacked with a hammer from another guy in an internet point, just because he was browsing a gay web site. The aggressor has already been released and he’s now free, umpunished. It’s a shame. Most of this is due to the Catholic Church, which always spread words of hatred and intolerance against gay people and gay civil rights, such as same sex marriage and same sex couples adoption. Our politicians are completely succubus to clerical power, so the voices of our protests and demonstrations are unheard. We need to get rid of Vatican City and let our country become really secular and independent.
