  1. No they should mention all 3 parents actually in case of any medical emergencies for starters …

  2. I guess I have a different opinion on this one. For one, the legal weight of birth certificates should be diminished. It should be nothing more than a form showing the genetic parents of a child for medical reasons. Now the legal guardians of a child, that should be the final word on who’s responsible. This would solve many of the issues around surrogacy, doners, adoption, and GLBT parents.
