So the Center for Disease Control is a barometer of gay relationships because a minority of gay people succomb to HIV? What about the overwhelming majority of us who haven’t, Senator Guth? Indeed he is ignorant.

He’s never denigrated the sexual relationships among younger heterosexual people where human papilloma virus is rampant, usually contracted via intercourse or oral sex.

Not to mention herpes, and that other condition most important, pregnancy.

  2. Good for him. He’s open to discussion and learning. That’s how we make progress, by introducing the “opposition” to the reality of our lives.

Better Guth meets McCoy this way than stumbling onto him while using Grindr. I think. Hard to tell.

  4. If McCoy is the guy in the picture, I would also ask him out, I mean, for lunch ;)

McCoyey, don’t let ‘im touch you.

  5. This lunch time meeting would be a good time to extract what kind of legislation to protect gay people in their jobs would this homophobic politician endorse?

  6. Things haven’t really moved on in this moron’s head since the days of racial segregation, have they? I bet he still thinks black people shouldn’t be allowed to inter-marry. With attitudes like this, which are no doubt religiously inspired, is it any wonder our schools are still rife with homophobic bullying? Personally, if I met him for lunch, it would (a) be by accident and (b) his plate would be liberally sprinkled with laxative.
