  1. A wonderful and also moving story and glad that relations with your dad improved long before he passed.

I would be interested to know what happened to your father which helped in his change of heart towards you?

  2. In a strange way when this happens as with my own Dad. The bond becomes closer than if they had been accepting from the start.

When you see both sides of them and the huge change they have gone through you appreciate what a great human being they really are to overcome their conditioning and come out the other side. Seeing their shortcomings and faults means more in the long run. I’m very happy for you.

  3. I have the honour of calling Paul and his husband Jason two very good friends. Their work in promoting equality is exceptional through Pink Triangle Theatre.
This heartfelt video moves me each time i see it.

  4. would love to know what caused his change of heart

  5. Thank you, Paul. What a beautiful and touching story. It will be especially poignant for those whose fathers were/are not able to change.

  6. lovely to read. very similar to my dad

I admire you and your family. I wish you and yours well and wish this for all gays.

My story is the opposite. Only son with 4 sisters. I stay away so as not to cause an issue. I support three out of four sisters. The fourth is religious with gay daughter.

I dream of your success. One day I hope. lol
