  1. “Chris Wilson broke the law by having sex with the 15-year-old girl who had claimed to be 16.” – So where are the fraud charges against her for lying about her age? The trans guy is, you know, a guy, trans people’s genders are even recognised by law now, so if one of the two were to be prosecuted for lying to the other to get into their pants…

    1. I’ve never heard of anyone being prosecuted for pretending they were overage when they were underage. Perhaps they are automatically regarded as victims purely because they’re underage? It should be taken into consideration at some level, anyway.

      They’re being thoroughly selective about what they think is worthy of prosecution. No one is suggesting prosecuting the hordes of married men lying about their status on dating sites, for instance. Wilson was targeted because he is trans.
