I read as far as “Christian Magazine” then tuned out. Another ugly pious twat weighing in to something it knows nothing about.

  2. … and exactly WHY should a gay anyone stay in the closet? Just to please the christian Taliban? Yet another deluded moron prattiling on about sky fairies. Personally, I urge these nob bags to continue with this evil hate-mongering. Every time they do, someone, somewhere turns away from organised religion. So … ‘you go girl!’. At this rate there’ll soon be NO religous hate-mongers left on the planet. AND IT CAN’T COME SOON ENOUGH …!

And this twat thinks we’re radical?

      1. She seems particularly worried that gay football players will start a “wacky dance”.

Has she never seen British football players kissing each other after they score. (goals that is)

The childhood she mentions was obviously very backward.

  3. The more these people manage a smile the more sinister they look. A look of smiling disapproval, seems to be their default expression.

    1. Out of shot she is pulling wings off gay butterflies.

  4. The headline here is deceiving. A US magazine? Never heard of it. It would have been better described as a pentacostal magazine in the headline – thus highlighting the lack of relevance

  5. Being a Christian is clearly a sign of mental illness of one degree or another. The more they talk the more obvious that it becomes they are delusional. It’s hard to keep from to laughing out loud at them.

  6. diatribe starts: blah, blah, blah… radical gay agenda?! obviously it’s radical if we’ve never had any equality or tolerance. only inane religious-based pish and prejudice rammed down our throats… i don’t have a religion so please don’t include in yours. “wacky dances”?! where are these cringe-worthy terms dredged from for puff-pieces and “christian magazine”?! does it feature celebs wiv crucifixes or pap-shots of the supreme one out on the razz?! get thee to a proper job!? and diatribe ends.

  7. Wow, looked at her site and she gives out all sorts of advice for dealing with witchcraft. So, a nut in other words.

Looking at her gruesome photo reminds me of The Ring.

  8. Is this any surprise that the editor of a Pentecostal magazine would print that?

  9. Another bigoted christian. Yawn.

  10. Robert in S. Kensington 28 Mar 2013, 9:50pm

Arrogant stupid bitch! Who does she think she is? She and her sort ought to stay out of matters that are none of their business. Trying to inject religion into sport is really the last straw. These religious nutters need to be put in their place.

  11. And this is news? ‘Pentacostal Christian magazine disapproves of openly gay role models’. Well blow me down.

While it’s vaguely entertaining to read all these fringe, ultra-minority views I feel Pink News gives them all far too much (unnecessary) exposure.

    1. I totally agree with you, makes a mountain out of a molehill

  12. ‘She continued to say that the “radical gay agenda” was pushing a PR campaign to “recruit kids”’

Yes, well there we are. I stopped reading there. Clearly either a deluded fool or a mendacious bigot – or both, of course.

FYI, Jennifer, we don’t need to “recruit kids”. Straight people like you give birth to LGBT children. That’s presuming you really are straight, what with all your fears about ‘being recruited’….

  13. Yeah well it’s none of your business, bitch.

  14. I just can’t stop laughing at how she thinks homosexuality is a sin, when clearly it is stated that Jesus knew we would be born different apart from others (eunuchs) no and I mean no where in the bible does it say that any sexuality is a sin. But alas delusional homophobes will do anything to demonize the gays and make them evil little critters :(

  15. If a mainstrem magazine prints something like that, it’s news. A christian magazine printing this kind of crap is hardly surprising. It’s like a fishing enthusiast magazine printing the shocking news that water is wet.

  16. PLEASE, can I join this Gay Agenda/Conspiracy? Funny, I’ve worked in LGBT organisations for many years, but no-one has invited me to the Secret Society. Am I too ugly or something?

    1. Liam the God 29 Mar 2013, 2:04am

Th gay agenda is the same as the straight agenda: Go to work, come home, feed cats/kids/partner, wash up, do laundry, maybe a glass of wine or a beer, go to bed, repeat. It just has better décor ;)

      1. Robert in S. Kensington 29 Mar 2013, 11:43am

Not only better decor bu better sex too :)

        1. Liam the God 30 Mar 2013, 1:39am

          I can’t remember….

  17. You wish! You should stay in the closet with your shame.

  18. I think radical Christians should stay in the closet.

  19. Translation:
‘I want national sports purely to reflect my prejudices and superstitions’.
    Tough, darling.
And you’re right about the recruitment. But we want to recruit people for tolerance and rationality.

  20. Paul Essex/London 29 Mar 2013, 12:06pm

Same tired old argument. 70 odd years ago it was black people not being in sports for a whole load of non-sensical reasons. 50 odd years ago it was women in the work place and interchanging of gender roles. It would only confuse the young people, especially the poor dears for whom equality and acceptance is being fought for, they know their place and to tell them any different is cruel. The bible was used in support of both these arguments too, this is just the latest use of christianity in support of bigotry that most christians years from now will actively seek to distance themselves from.

  21. Staircase2 29 Mar 2013, 3:24pm

How do these people manage to be both so stupid and so ignorant in simultaneous measure?

Surely it must take an enormous amount if hard work to stay that uninformed…

Especially if the book you use to back up your assertions, The Bible, is something you purport to be so knowledgeable about…

How is it possible to spend a whole lifetime studying something and yet know so little about it…?

    Stupid, Stupid, Stupid…

…and ungodly and ignorant to boot…

  22. Tom Cotner 29 Mar 2013, 3:27pm

I suppose it never occurs to these people that bigotry is also a sin.

Christians have done more than anything else to turn people away from their beliefs.

What is it about the speck in another’s eye, when there’s a log in one’s own??

  23. I’ve met lots of these phony Christian educators the tip on how to recognize them//they have this ear to ear grin which means that they have all the answers while anything I think is wrong because im gay

  24. I’m constantly amazed at how these Fundamentalists selectively pick their scriptures from the Bible to suit THEIR agenda. They don’t seem to have learned the lesson that, if you “cherry pick”, you’ll eventually wind up with a bushel of the “pits” on your doorstep.

  25. She looks like Peter Kay’s alter ego Geraldine McQueen.

  26. Sylvie Poulin 13 Apr 2013, 2:39pm

What would you do if your child was born with a penis and a vagina, because it does happen? If you are able to put your emotions aside, the logical thing to do, would be to wait until the child is 5 or 6 (or maybe later) and ask the child if he has a crush on a girl or a boy and therefore let the child determine which sex the brain says it is. And then, take the necessary medical procedures in order to match the child’s sexual organ to his or her sexual orientation. Hence, the child’s sexual orientation determines the child sex. Therefore, why is it so hard for people to realize that the child’s sexual orientation and not the child’s sexual organ will be the factor that determines the child’s sexuality, and not the other way around.
