Chris Christie actually seems altogether to sensible and pragmatic to be a proper Republican. I’m glad he’s made his decision, and very glad to know he’s made THIS decision. What a shame so many members of his party have their heads up a priests arse….

    1. Why did he veto the gay marriage bill if he believes sexual orientation is decided at birth? An asshole move.

  2. Chris Christie is a revolting bigot who is opposed to marriage equality.

Why does the ‘writer’ of this article fail to mention how Christie VETOED a marriage equality bill in New Jersey.

He is no friend to the LGBT community.

    He is a monstrous bigot.

    1. It’s in there.

  3. I see this as a watershed change in the political climate.

It was a difficult move for a Republican that has national aspirations.

I suppose we should be glad for good news for a change, but it certainly isn’t good enough.

  5. You all are too tough on him. He supported civil unions which are some of the most complete in the country.
I just wish every republican would be as sensible as him.
