I’m sure Pinknews Editors aren’t “complete arseholes” … but what has your comment to do with the subject of LGBT mental health and funding ?

This is, like the cuts to HIV, an absolute travesty. We can’t afford any cut in either – but I suppose a government which has committed itself to accepting it IS a 1-term government, doesn’t look to the future.

LGBT youth suffer from homophobia and certainly need additional resources, and if you cut HIV prevention programmes now – we will all pay vastly increased taxes in the future (speaking to the economic nerds), quite apart from the real tragedy of live with HIV concerns constantly handing over you.

These are areas where more funding is needed, not less. We don’t need weapons of mass destruction like Trident, which we will NEVER EVER use, we need OUR taxes to pay for humanity and social help.

Labour is guilty of starting those mental health cuts On my list of whom I’ll vote for it will be the party which recognises human needs and addresses those, including gay + transgender rights, disability rights, womens’ rights, deals with mental and physical health best.

  3. If I had the money – which I have not, I would run it for free for them. A wonderful, beutiful organisation, this really does break my heart :'(

So so sad especially with mental health problems this kind of thing is very close to me…
