  6. Thanks for your article. Would appreciate a link to your source, however, as WikiLeaks has not released diplomatic cables for some time. I suspect you are either referring to cable released in 2010 or 2011, or to a Stratfor email that they have released recently. A link to your source will make this clear. All WL documents are available on line.
