It would seem that Jason Peter Marshall has a conviction relating to where he impersonated a MI5 Officer and a police officer.
It is also rumoured that he was arrested for impersonating a council officer in Newham to administer ‘on the spot fines’ for littering offences.
Whilst what he allegedly did in Rome may seem a long way away, there is an alleged pattern of disturbing behaviour from him in east London and he lives in south east London.
