So Ratzinger the rottweiler reflects on the ”evil, suffering and corruption” which had damaged God’s earth?” Yes, Ratzi, your church has done a bang up job of it throughout its history hasn’t it? The affrontery of this hypocrite is beyond the pale.

    1. The sodomizers wish it were true. The Catholic Church has done more good through charity, health care to more people than any organization or other religion

      1. LOLLLLL. Hilarious!

        1. Yes, James, it is hilarious! rbockman spouts crap when only this very week 10,000 women whose lives were ruined by the Catholic Church in Ireland right up until 1996 have sought an apology and, rightfully, some of them expect financial compensation. And over the course of the last TEN YEARS the world has reeled at countless revelations regarding the sexual abuse of young children by CATHOLIC PRIESTS and other Catholic religious persons. This is not to mention the endless castigation that these hypocritical lying priests and other religious person have spouted against us, stigmatising us throughout “decent” society.

“More good through charity . . . ?” MORE? Rbockman has simply ignored the might weight on the other end of the scales!

          Wake up, Mr/Ms Rbockman!

And, anyway, any organization that does charity only because it believes it’ll earn them medals from a non-existent god or goddess, ghost or spirit, is off their rockers!

          Face facts.

Oh I don’t think so rbockman.

All Catholic leader are concerned about is hatred and wealth.

      3. ...Paddyswurds 24 Feb 2013, 4:00pm

…….and they were well paid for it. One assumes that by sodomisers you mean the millions of heterosexual people who use anal sex as contraception because the vile Roman cult has banned them from using condoms even to combat the Human immunodeficiency virus…..thereby condemning hundreds of thousands of Africans and others to death….. Few gay people engage in anal sexual activity any more and certainly not to the extent heterosexuals do.

      4. Oh, give it a rest you moron. Same pathological stupidity, different name.

  2. I reckon he resigned because they found the 666 tattooed on his head.

    1. But wouldn’t that have made him perfect for the job?

      1. Not if he did it to himself because he was senile. They need the real thing – look out for the next pope – he’s going to be even nastier than the rest.

        1. ...Paddyswurds 24 Feb 2013, 4:05pm

          … and the last, thankfully!

Benedict’s reign has been a huge failure from the start, the Vatican has been mired in scandal the whole time, catholicism is in crisis in the Western world and by resigning rather than dying in office Benedict has undermined the mystical bullsh*t that Catholics believe about the Papacy. All in all, a great result. Cheers Ben!

Adultery is mentioned in the 7th commandment not the 6th as stated in this article.

That said, the definition of adultery is usually intercourse between a man and woman outside of their marriages, even if only one of them is married. Since adultery doesn’t apply to gay legal unions, even marriages for that matter, Ratzinger’s argument is deeply flawed. It would suggest that adultery in this sense would have to be construed as catholic clergy having sexual dalliances with women or underaged girls since same-sex legal unions aren’t recognised by the roman cult. Therefore, I fail to see how this can be applied to gay males.

    1. Paul Essex/London 23 Feb 2013, 6:24pm

Exactly. Of course the irony that the Vatican’s link between adultery and homosexual activity completely contradicts the argument that a same sex marriage cannot be consummated, will be lost on those who make it. As always, those who shout from rafters that you can’t pick choose the Bible’s teachings will happily do just that with logic.

      1. You are just looking for an excuse to justify you vile habits.

    2. Speaking of the commandment against adultery, Robert, could just be tidy way of dealing with gay sex amongst Catholic prelates. What other commandment could they invoke? None. And would they wish to quote verses from Leviticus? No. Putting the gloss of the commandment against adultery over gay sex in the Vatican is a way of giving it a kind of legitimacy. You know: “Our clerics are normal red-blooded males, ya know, and, well, all human beings fail from time to time, and some of our cardinals have given in to the tempations of very attractive women!” Yes, if they manage to hide the gay facts behind this story, it’ll be sinful lustful women who’ll get the blame!

  5. And you expected what from an institution no different than other man made creations. Easter/Ishtar was a live pagan tradition honoring the goddess Ishtar/Easter when church adopted it. Red Easter eggs symbolic of the sacrificial offerings of the 3 month old new borne from the previous Ishtar/Easters orgies with temple priestesses.

    1. theotherone 23 Feb 2013, 8:32pm

the easter egg/ fertility thing has been long debunked.

what is tragic are the lies they teach children about the early church. mary magdaline (sp) was a powerful cult leader who’s doctrines almost won over the early church. she taught that there was no sin.

  6. theotherone 23 Feb 2013, 8:13pm

‘This statement came as the Pope attended his final meeting with senior clerics, during which he reflected upon the ”evil, suffering and corruption” which had damaged God’s earth.’

remembering his time as pope then was he?

  7. He wouldn’t be resigning if he didn’t have to so there must be something that he and his organisation has done that he is fairly ashamed of. Don’t they usually die in office and go on for yers in a senile state without any problem. The explanation that he is too frail and sick just doesn’t make sense. There’s something fishy about the whole business of him resigning early.

How about telling the truth for once.

  8. The BBC reports:

The Vatican’s chief spokesperson has criticised the media for reporting “misinformation” about the Church.

Father Federico Lombardi said some were trying to profit from a time of disorientation in the Catholic Church to spread “gossip” and “slander”.

But, as far as I’m aware, the BBC hasn’t reported anything at all about the ‘gay’ rumours. Seems the BBC is doing its best to be good Catholics.

    1. Just read, hope PN has this story out soon…what a corker!

  9. It is true, I know as my brother was a priest in a dicastry of the Holy See. The sauna is Meditarreno on via pasqual vilari. You will see canons of the Roman Basilicas, seminarians from the North American College, Vatican Officials etc there. They also go cruising on the Campodoglio. The Vatican even has its own private beach at Ostia and nearby is a crusing area, where Pier Paulo Passolini was murdered.
The Archbishop’s appartment was at the Lateran University and he had a fondness for young Latin American seminarians.

  10. Oh, those poor priests. They really didn’t want to go cottaging or get sucked off in the sauna. It was the Gay Lobby that made them.

  11. GingerlyColors 24 Feb 2013, 6:21am

C’mon, Pope, what is the real reason for your resignation? You might as well admit what we already know.

  12. …the most dreadful thing is that the Pope is most probably Gay, I would REALLY like to be wrong here….What I do know first hand is that Pope B 16 has a very old & close Gay friend back in Germany, a Catholic Monk whos a rather shocking old queen….This Monk happens to be a very old friend with my partners family who live & have a hotel in Capri….Not long before B 16 became Pope he came as a guest of the Monk to the family hotel a couple of times….We’ve caught the Monk spying on us having sex from outside our bedroom window, hes fond of fixing tricks for his friends back home in Germany & knows well & uses the infamous cruising grounds in Capri going down to the piccola marina….OK I know this dose not necessarily prove the Pope is Gay but surely he must know about his friends double & very Queer life, perhaps hes part of it?….Frankly both of them revolt me….I now wish at the time I challenged the Monk over his faith, his sexuality & his choice of friends….but then on th

    1. The Pope got all hot and bothered awhile back when a bunch of shirtless male acrobats gave him a private viewing. I thought that was enough evidence to make a verdict on whether the Pope is gay or, at least, bisexual. Research has proven that most homophobes are closeted gay men.

  13. Obviously the jews are responsible.

Seriously though, WTF? This man would sooner resign over pressure from the Aztec lobby.

  14. Oh the irony, allegedly to be brought down by the cause celebre they have sought to promote their “careers” on – how very fitting for two very evil men to have it bite them both on the arse…!!!

  15. Bill Roache has said that all homosexuals are being punished in this life for what they did in a previous one.
