Two very clever guys, and they obviously sense the opposition’s blood and believe they’re on to something huge here. The SCOTUS could strike down every constitutional ban in the USA this year if they get this right.
I don’t doubt the professionalism of these two lawyers. What concerns me the most, is that the decision might be taken not according to arguments, but according to beliefs of the judges.
