    Due to “non specific” useless tests I guess. O, how we fell for it. What a blunder of statistics and and profit. AID$ industry coming to an end finally.

    AIDS rates went down, treatement improved, and the disease has fallen off the radar, making people more complacent about it. AIDS is not only a disease of the 90′s, it is a very present and very dangerous disease.
