I do wonder why a lot of talk surrounds IVF and donation rather than surrogates? I’m assuming gay/bisexual males would use surrogates – though I imagine that is more heavily regulated than donating sperm?
This whole topic is interesting though – it certainly pays off (with all parties) to know your legal rights and how to obtain legal standing!
