    I agree with Conor Marron. It IS discrimination, blatantly so, and yet another reason to introduce equal marriage.

    This is proof of discrimination IN FAVOUR of churches and against other secular venues.

    Churches should pay the same licence fee under the same terms as all other venues, for both civil partnerships and marriages.
